Lil Wayne Makes Justin Bieber's Wish Come True

Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne finally made pop star Justin Bieber's dream come true after hooking up with him for a speculated studio session.

Along with music-making, the two reportedly spent some time riding on skateboards.

Lil Wayne has been going hard at his skateboard game recently (even launching his new Trukfit clothing line) and this week the Young Money rapper paid a visit to Justin Bieber in the studio and even took some time for a skateboarding session with him. "Good time in the studio last night. back at it tonight. oh yeah...and big bro came thru...," Bieber tweeted, linking to a photo of him and Wayne with their skateboards. "and when i say big bro i mean @LilTunechi. #BELIEVE IT #family." While it's unknown whether Wayne will appear on Bieber's album, a certain super-producer is definitely in the mix, according to another tweet: "in the studio with @timbaland and the crew. #creating... got a lot of things i want to write about. ready to make music." Over the summer, Weezy said despite his admiration for Bieber, he could not work with him at this stage of his career.

While fans can expect to hear both Heartbreak Drake and Ms. Minaj on Tha Carter IV, it's the two Justin's that Weezy F. also talks about. "That's my little homie now," Wayne says of The Biebs. "He texts me every night asking me to do [his] d*mn song. That's my n*gga, but I can't do it. Like I said, I don't want to f*ck his sh*t up. But like I said, I want to work with Justin Timberlake. That boy got a voice; that boy can sing. He needs to come back right there on Tha Carter IV." (XXL Mag)

Young Biebs tweeted out a remix of Wayne's oft-maligned hit single "How to Love" late last night, with an obligatory birthday greeting. Okay, hear us out: Even if you weren't a fan of the slightly dull original, you might enjoy this cover. In fact, this cover might explain why many Wayne devotees weren't particularly jazzed on the single. This is actually a Justin Bieber song! Granted, Biebs tries a lot harder in his version: We're talking harmonies, a meandering guitar riff, and even a brief appearance by Shawty Mane (that would be Bieber's rapping alter ego, though this breathy verse maybe only counts as half-rap). Recently, Ruff Ryders affiliate Drag-On told SOHH he would jump if given an opportunity to record alongside Bieber.

"Yeah, h*ll yeah," Drag told SOHH when asked if he would collaborate with Justin Bieber. "H*ll yeah, dog. I co-sign Justin Bieber. He's a little young kid doing his thing. He came up off the Internet doing nothing. You know what I'm saying? I respect it. Word up. He's young. I wish that dude the best. I'd jump on a song with Justin Bieber tonight, yo!" (SOHH)
