He did tweet an apology: "My bad!! Dam!!! It be here Soon tho don't trip. I wouldn't give y'all just anything."

Weezy also posted a video explanation: "I know I was supposed to drop that Dedication 4 tonight, but listen, my homeboy 2 Chainz just dropped his album yesterday, that's my real real real good homeboy right there, and I refuse to put any attention on me when the spotlight, everybody's eyes, everybody's attention, everybody's focus should be on my n**ga 2 Chainz's album, Based on a True Story."

"Because of that, I'm still gonna give y'all a joint off of Dedication 4 tonight, so stop trippin'." Weezy admitted that the mixtape isn't even finished: "I've been skating and shit, falling and breaking s**t, and all that type of s**t. But I give it to you like next week. Stop trippin', pimp."

The joint in question is a freestyle over 2 Chainz and Drake's "No Lie." Enjoy.
