Duke freshman Rasheed Sulaimon says he was on the receiving end of a one-way battle rap during Tuesday nights 75-68 victory over Kentucky.

Rap superstar Lil Wayne was sitting courtside for the game in Atlanta and Sulaimon says he was dispensing some profanities in Dukes direction. Sulaimon tweeted: Still a @LilTunechi [Wayne's Twitter handle] fan but was shook when he cursed me out court side lol. Where the duke love at slime.

Im not about to doubt the word of an 18-year-old freshman, Dukie or not. And Im not in the habit of defending men who wear those pants in pulic (see picture). But doesnt this sound out of character for Lil Wayne?

He may have cursed, but it seems like Weezy would have more respect for the game than to curse out a kid, especially one with a relatively low national profile like Sulaimon. (Hes a highly-regarded McDonalds All-American but hes not Harrison Barnes, is what I mean.)

Wayne is courtside at games all the time. Why would he start in on Rasheed Sulaimon if he hasnt done it to Kevin Garnett? Plus, his battle raps are always weak anyway. Hes a lover (of purple drank), not a fighter.

By the way, I dont know what made me feel older: Seeing Sulaimon was born in 1994 or Googling, in succession, slime, slime rap, slime lil w! ayne, and is there an apostrophe in lil wayne. I still have no idea what slime means.
