Lil Wayne To Steal P. Diddy's 'Rich' Title After Signing Shoe Deal?
Lil Wayne has announced that he is partnering with footwear and apparel skatebrand company Supra to design and release his own signature kick for the brand.
The 'How To Love' rapper has decided to combine his love of skateboarding with his love of fashion to collaborate with the shoe design company.
I have also signed with Supra, Weezy officially announced on MTVs new show, Hip-Hop POV.
Im about to get money, Wayne added with a smile.
The deal should come as no surprise to those who have spotted Weezy wearing Supra over the course of the year, as well as the brand being tied to a number of hip-hop acts in the past.
The sneaker deal with Supra comes in addition to Waynes new skater-friendly clothing line, TRUKFIT, and the YMCMB superstar is about to be blessed with his own line of Beats by Dre headphones. Last month, Wayne also signed with Mountain Dew to launch their DEWeezy campaign.nd company, but one thing we know is, is that Wayne will be repping for the forseable future.
