Hicks: Lil Wayne's posse allegedly attacks photographer

Lil Wayne's entourage spat in a photographer's face, pushed him to the ground in the rain, then smashed up his bicycle, according to a police report filed last week in Miami.

Guess it's safe to say he didn't want his picture taken.

According to the report, obtained by TMZ, the photog spotted Wayne and his entourage skateboarding outside a church -- right beside a "no skateboarding" sign -- so he decided to take pictures.

The photographer said Wayne and his friends stopped skateboarding after it started to rain, so he followed the group to their car, snapping photos along the way.

That was his first mistake. Everyone knows skateboarding rappers hate to be rained on.

According to the report, Lil Wayne ordered his friends to take the man's camera, at which point roughly eight men surrounded him, and intimidated him into deleting several of his photos.

Well, that answers the age old question concerning how many members of skateboarding rap posses it takes to intimidate a photographer.

Mr. Photographer -- whose name TMZ didn't publish -- said one of Wayne's friends spat on him, while another pushed him to the ground. He says the group also beat his bicycle with a skateboard.

The photog eventually broke free and made for the Miami Beach Police Station, where he filed the report. TMZ's calls to Wayne's people were not returned.

LINDSAY LOHAN MAY BE BACK IN TROUBLE:

Just when we thought Amanda Bynes was becoming Hollywood's new scandal-magnet, Lindsay Lohan may not be so willing to give up the title after all.

A woman filed a report to the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station on April 7 claiming the 25-year-old actress shoved her at a West Hollywood nightclub on April 5.

Lohan completed the probation requirements for her 2007 DUI case on March 29 and was given strict orders by her judge. "Stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work," Judge Stephanie Sautner warned.

Right. Hey there, you fish: stop swimming.

The recent complaint is! now und er investigation, but Lohan's publicist Steve Honig says nothing will come of it.

Honig told US Weekly, "She was never at the club and this whole thing is a big lie by someone looking for 15 minutes of fame and, presumably, money."

TMZ reported Monday morning that if Lohan really did push around a woman at The Standard Hotel in West Hollywood last week, it's news to the people working there, because they never even saw her.

TMZ reported interviewing six people who worked there, none of whom saw Lohan the night in question, or even heard anything about her being there, or any kind of altercation.

TMZ said initially that the alleged victim claimed Lohan confronted her because she was talking to a man Lohan was interested in.

Has anyone checked to see where Amanda Bynes was that night?

BRITNEY SPEARS MAY GE NEW CO-CONSERVATOR: Jamie Spears is asking a court to add his daughter Britney Spears' finance Jason Trawick as her co-conservator, according to People.com.

It's like dad giving away the bride, only before the ceremony.

Trawick, who's also Spears' manager, will only have shared legal control over Spears's general well being -- not her finances, according to the source. In general, a conservator can make decisions over a person's food, clothing and medical care. But Spears has plenty of personal freedom and the conservatorship is just a formality, another source previously told People.com.

In another words, they've decided to take the deadbolt off her door at night.

"This is a very unusual situation, because generally you don't see conservatees get married," says Jeffrey S. Cohen, an L.A. probate attorney not involved with the case. "This could be a sign that the couple's wedding is around the corner."

Sounds like the word "obey" is going back into the vows.

Cohen said "This is probably a compromise between Britney, her father and Trawick to get the marriage off on the ri! ght foot . Obviously, her future husband needs to have a say in her well being."

Women's rights groups must love this.

Jamie Spears has held legal control over his daughter and her multimillion-dollar fortune since Feb. 2008 after the singer suffered a psychological breakdown.

The conservatorship will be lifted only after a judge is convinced, on the advice of Spears's doctors, that she's healthy enough to manage her own affairs. But apparently she's able to decide to get married. Third time may be the charm.

KANYE WEST TO APPEAR ON KIM KARDASHIAN'S SHOW: Kanye West will appear on the upcoming season of his girlfriend Kim Kardashian's reality show, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," RadarOnline.com reported Monday.

If that's true, his scenes should be pay-per-view. Especially if he's trying to have a rational conversation with his new girlfriend. It would be like a freakiest slam poet on the planet talking to a sheepdog.

They haven't exactly said they're together publicly, but Kardashian was seen leaving West's New York City apartment Thursday morning wearing the same outfit she was wearing on her date with the hip hop star on Wednesday. West has also pretty much professed his love for Kardashian in a new song.

West has already appeared on the reality show, and will likely again this season, possibly in an expanded role.

"Kanye is head over heels in love with Kim, and he has told her he would love to appear on the reality show if she wants him to," said a show insider. "Kim is a bit leery of having her man appear on camera because of the whole fiasco with her soon-to-be-ex-husband, Kris Humphries, but watch for Kanye to make several appearances on the show toward the end of the season. Viewers won't see him featured in the first part of the season, and it won't be all about Kanye."

Oh, that's where they're wrong. Because everything Kanye does is about Kanye.

Which explains why West's ex Amber (not Axl) Rose told Star ! magazine said in January that the two were hooking up while Kardashian was with Reggie Bush and West was with Rose.

"Kim feels extremely comfortable with Kanye because she feels that for the first time she is with a partner that understands what she does for a living and doesn't scrutinize her for being in a reality show. She also doesn't feel like Kanye is using her, like she did with Kris," the source said.

Sometimes these people are so riveting I forget to breathe.

"Keeping Up With The Kardashians"' new season premieres Sunday, May 20 on E!.

EASTER WITH RYAN GOSLING: It's probably not the worst thing to be Ryan Gosling, as long as you're into women.

Two hundred Gosling-themed eggs were hidden throughout New York City on Sunday. Fans flocked to @GoslingEaster's Twitter page for clues about the eggs' whereabouts.

Inside the multicolored plastic eggs scattered throughout the city were pictures of the Oscar-nominated actor and accompanying messages. "I'm dipping myself in chocolate for you," one said. "Happy Easter from Ryan Gosling."

"Hop on over to my house already," said another.

The egg hunk, er, hunt, was the brainchild of a copywriter named Jenna Livingston, who included messages inside each egg to encourage its finder to "Tweet this egg @GoslingEaster." Photos of the eggs on car doors, windowsills, bicycle baskets and stealth locations were then retweeted, helping everyone to feel involved in this virtual search.

Goslingmania is getting ridiculous, especially after last week when he reportedly pulled a British journalist back onto a sidewalk after she was about to step off the curb and possibly get hit by a car. There was also a story a few months back of him breaking up a fight on a New York street.

So, in other words, he's Superman.
