Lil Wayne rants about the Miami Heat
Lil Wayne exploded at the NBA, and more specifically the Miami Heat, during All-Star Weekend in Houston.
Last week, Lil Wayne got kicked out of the American Airlines Arena in Miami for supporting the Lakers instead of the home team, the Miami Heat, reports MTV.
He expressed his displeasure via Twitter on February 10.
So Im @ da Heat game right, rootin 4 da Lakers kuz dats my team & would u believe they got police 2 make me leave?! Wow F*** da Heat, Weezy posted.
However, other sources claim that the rapper was ejected from the venue because he got into a spat with a stranger. Security intervened when the fight escalated and Wayne gestured that he was carrying a gun.
According to TMZ, on February 17, Wayne took the stage in Houston during All-Star Weekend to comment, evidently still upset about the previous weeks turn of events.
The NBA banned me from all NBA events. The Miami Heat told them to ban me, Wayne said to the crowd.
He continued to vent, F*** LeBron. F*** She Wade. F*** Chris Bosh. I f***ed Chris Boshs wife.
As of now, neither camp has addressed the issue.
