Lil Wayne isn't going to appear at trial

Rapper Lil Wayne is suing Quincy Jones III over a documentary, in which Wayne says he was portrayed poorly.

TMZ reports Wayne will not be appearing at the trial due to several seizure-like episodes. He was sent to the emergency room and hospitalized.

His lawyer told the judge he will play the tapes before the jury in the courtroom for Wayne.

Apparently, the judge for Waynes case scolded his behavior, which was seen as not normal. Wayne is heard on a tape mocking the judge.

Vibe explained that in the tapes, Wayne was acting like a child and the tapes were supposed to be sen as funny, but the judge was not laughing.

Wayne was showing unreasonable conduct in the deposition in the tapes, according to the judge.

The judge scolded Wayne for making up his excuse of being in the hospital, and thinks his excuse makes no sense in reference to appearing in court.

In other news, Wayne was also not let into an Oklahoma City game without a ticket and he tweeted about it.
