After not appearing in court due to last week's health scare , the judge overseeing his lawsuit against Quincy Jones III scolded the Young Money boss for his behavior in video depositions. Wayne's lawyer informed the judge that the deposition tapes will be played for the jury in his client's absence. The tapes show the "A Milli" MC brushing off questions from attorney Pete Ross with taunts and repeatedly defiant answers to questions. In the video, Wayne tells his lawyer, "Pete Ross, that's a stupid ass question," after the counselor asks the rapper to verify that he'd given an interview with Katie Couric. When Ross asks if he remembered his 2010 stint on Rikers Island, Wayne glibly replies, "I don't know."
