It's 2012 and with the announcement of Frank Ocean revealing his bi-sexuality, the message and changing of the guard must have transcended its way into the heads of Drake and Lil Wayne's ex-girlfriends. 2. Do You Still Think About Me?

Forget wondering when Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are going to tie the knot, it looks like we may have a better shot at Rihanna and Chris Brown announcing an engagement in the weeks or even days to come. What looked like an innocent kiss at last week's Video Music Awards is turning out to be much more. Peep TMZ's photos of CB's new Rihanna-looking neck tat:

Chris Brown insists his brand new neck tattoo is NOT a bizarre homage to Rihanna -- but if you look closely, the resemblance is uncanny. The last photo we've seen of Chris without the tat is dated August 30th and the above photo was taken on September 1st, so CB got the ink job at some point between those two dates ... nearly a week before Rihanna kissed him at the MTV VMAs. Sources really close to Chris tell us any similarities the tat has with Rihanna's face are purely coincidental -- "It's a random woman." (TMZ)

Depending on how you feel about this situation, they really do seem to be meant for each other. Now the same might not be able to be said about Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada, although they seem right for each other too, but you have to think CB and Rihanna are destined. Has Joe Budden ever experienced the single life before? It seems that even back during his pre-fame days he had a beautiful girlfriend in Gloria Velez and then his long relationship with Tahiry prior to hooking up with Somaya Reece and Esther Baxter.
