Former Cash Money Records rapper Juvenile has pleaded not guilty to a disorderly conduct charge dating back to mid-August in Miami following an informal reunion with Lil Wayne.
According to reports, Juvie the Great is standing by his innocence.
Rapper Juvenile just pled "not guilty" to disorderly conduct after his arrest last month, following a brawl at a Miami hotel ... TMZ has learned. As we reported, Juvenile -- real name Terius Gray -- was arrested for his alleged involvement in a fight that began inside LIV nightclub and spilled outside to the front of the hotel. Security told police the people involved in the fight were "creating a threat to life and property as well as the overall safety of the patrons inside." Juve had just reunited with Lil Wayne at the time -- following a long-standing feud -- but the rapper insisted Weezy was not involved. (TMZ)
Following last month's arrest, Juvie publicly lashed out at Miami's LIV nightclub.
"F*ck club LIV Me and my n*ggaz spent 20 racks in that garbage motherf*cker and they let the police take the wrong n*gga to jail I thought it was all love Me, Lil Wayne, and Cash out gave em a free show mainly Wayne was rocking all the hits and they still showed no love back if it was my club I would've the first pe! rson at lockup bailing em out That's real But I guess it's a shortage of real n*ggaz [sic]" (Juvenile's Instagram)
Details of the morning arrest surfaced online hours after the Weezy reunion.
Terius Gray, also known as Juvenile, was living up to his rapper name when he was arrested at 4 a.m. today at LIV for disorderly conduct. According to the police report, a large fight broke out inside and a "large crowd (approximately 100) had gathered in front of the valet ramp. The crowd was yelling and screaming and some were pushing each other . . . Mr. Gray was visualized heading toward to Collins Ave. to enter his vehicle to exit the property," but was arrested on scene and taken to MB Police for further processing. The arrest brings up an interesting point made by one of our Twitter followers, Mark Alhadeff: "Has his name made it impossible to try him as an adult? If so that's a brilliant move." (Miami Herald)
Additional details claimed Juvie took part in the scuffle which started inside the club.
Juvenile -- real name Terius Gray -- had just reunited with Lil Wayne on stage at LIV nightclub earlier in the evening ... when something went wrong. Juve and Wayne -- who were in the Hot Boys together back in the late '90s -- had a long running beef when the group broke up ... and last night was the first time they have been on stage together since the feud. But around 7AM, cops say Juvenile -- who's listed at 5'11, 150 lbs -- was involved in a fight that began inside the nightclub and spilled outside to the front of the hotel. Security told police the people involved in the fight were "creating a threat to life and property as well as the overall safety of the patrons inside." Miami Beach PD responded to the scene and arrested Juve -- he was hauled to ! a nearby ! station where he was booked. He is still in custody. (TMZ)
