KENNER, La., March 18 (UPI) -- Rapper Lil Wayne's 10,000-square-foot Kenner, La., "celebrity" mansion, on sale for $1.7 million, has been cited for high grass and weeds, city documents show.

A list obtained from Kenner's Code Enforcement Department showed it issued the citation to the rapper born Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., between Feb. 26 and March 2, The (New Orleans) Times-Picayune reported Friday.

The home with five-bedroom, five bathrooms and two half-baths on Rue De La Riviere is listed by agent Lincoy Moliere as a "celebrity" mansion with a "beautiful, spacious open floor plan."

Kenner documents show the latest code violation was at least the fifth written against the Carter residence. The city levied $3,635 in fines against the property in 2007 and 2008 for previous citations involving "grass, weeds, litter and stagnant pool."

Court records show other liens placed against the house were $3,373 in 2007 for Place Pontchartrain Homeowner's Association dues and $190,216 in 2008 for unpaid Louisiana taxes in 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 and $5.6 million in unpaid federal taxes from 2008 and 2009.
