Lil Wayne Scores 100th Hit On US Billboard R&B & Hip-Hop Charts!

Lil Wayne has become the third person to score his 100th hit on the US Billboard R&B and Hip-Hop charts.

The 'How To Love' rapper's collaboration with Rick Ross, French Montana and Drake, 'Pop That,' entered the charts this week at number 57, making him hit the milestone. Jay-Z and James Brown are the only two other artists in the history of the charts to make this feat, with Jay's number totalling 108 and the late legend James leading the way with 111.

Brown took 33 years to reach the 100 mark, Jay-Z 14 years and 10 months and Lil Wayne just 13 years and one month. Incredibly, every single one of Brown's hits to make the top 100 were all solo singles while most of Wayne's are collaborations.

Wayne also holds the third position as on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with 102 singles.

Well done, Weezy!
