Drake won't apologize to Chris Brown, much to the dismay of Lil Wayne
Evey thought hes on the Canadian rappers side, Young Money records head Lil Wayne wants Drake to squash his beef with Chris Brown for economical reasons.
Drake has reportedly received several calls from Young Money labelmates including Birdman, Mack Maine and Lil Wayne himself insisting that the beef is bad for business the high-profile Brown is a frequent Young Money collaborator. However, the Toronto-born rapper refuses to apologize until he is sure Brown doesnt blame him for the incident.
The incident in question took place last Wednesday at the W.i.P. nightclub in Manhattan. Brown reportedly sent Drakes camp a bottle of Champagne as a peace offering Drake is rumoured to be hooking up with Browns former flame, Rihanna which Drake then appaarently sent back to Brown with a note reading Im fking the love of your life, deal with it. The note apparently sent Brown into a rage (as it would), and five people were injured in the ensuing melee including Brown himself who later tweeted a photo of himself with a gash on his chin.
Since then, Drake has denied any wrongdoing, and his representative has issued a statement claiming he was leaving the club when the altercation took place. However, a lawyer for model Ingrid Gutierrez, who was with Brown at the time, claims Drake instigated the brawl.
