Lil Wayne to play GQ magazine's Super Bowl party in New Orleans, February 2

Lil Wayne will perform at GQ magazines annual Super Bowl party, the magazine announced along with sponsors Lacoste and Mercedez-Benz today, Dec. 20.

The Super Bowl XLVII edition of the annual event will take place February 2, 2013, at the historic Elms Mansion on St. Charles Ave. Past performers at the blowout party include LL Cool J and Cee-Lo Green.

The party is invitation-only; so, check your mailbox.

In press materials, the rapper predicts that it will be the best Super Bowl party ever.

GQ is a magazine that celebrates (among other things) the finest in mens fashion, and Wayne, of course, has made some interesting sartorial choices over the years.
