Lil Wayne, Drake 'refuse to pay $400,000 court judgement'

Lil Wayne and Drake are reportedly refusing to pay a $400,000 court judgement.

The duo were sued by Imperial Entertainment Group after failing to perform at an event in 2011, TMZ claims.

Following the lawsuit, a judge ordered them to pay $432,337.50 (275,890.55).

However, both artists allege that they were never told about the gig and did not sign any contracts committing them to the appearance.

The pair, who also claim that they were not served with papers to appear in court, argue that Imperial booked them through a third party, Melanzh Enterprises. They reportedly say that Melanzh is not able to book them.

Lil Wayne and Drake are now asking for the judgement to be dropped.

Earlier this month, Lil Wayne settled a lawsuit revolving around royalties he allegedly owed for his song 'Love Me Or Hate Me'.
