Lil Wayne Makes First Public Appearance After Hospitalization

It's back to business for Lil Wayne.

On Monday, the Grammy-Award winner made his first public appearance since being hospitalized after suffering a seizure last month.

Lil Wayne visited Miami's Mansion nightclub to celebrate rapper Rocko.

Joined by Cash Money founder Birdman, Lil Wayne, an onlooker tells PEOPLE, "looked healthy and fresh-faced."

The source added, "He sipped on water while holding court at a VIP table on Mansion's stage that overlooked the crowd."

The rapper appeared to be enjoying the music and was later joined by Busta Rhymes, who was recently signed to Young Money.
